To make a return of an item purchased at soccerwest.com, please request a return authorization from our customer service department.
Items that are eligible for return must meet the requirements below:
• Product is returned within 30 days of the order date (not the ship date)
• Product is not customized with a logo, name or number.
• Product is returned in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in original packaging.
• Product is not socks or an undergarment (e.g. compression shorts, bra, etc.)
• The product must not be worn, damaged or washed
• Promotional items included in the order (such as a free mini ball or a buy one get one item free) that would not have otherwise qualified are included in the return, unused or the cost will be deducted.
For authorized returns:
• Please write visibly on the outside of the shipping box your Return Authorization number
• The original payment method will then be refunded once the item is received and can take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to process.
The refund will consist of the product price and not include the return shipping as returns are at the customer’s cost.
Please be sure to try on your shoes or apparel in-doors to confirm that they are a perfect fit. Any shoes with grass stains, scuff marks, field markings or apparent wear and tear will not be accepted as a return. Similarly any apparel that has had the tags removed or any amount of stains rips or tears are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We must be able to receive the product in a state such that we can re-sell the item.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS AS WELL AS ALL CLUB ORDERS AND
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
WE DO NOT PRICE MATCH.
We do not honor promotions or sales prices once they have expired or ended. All event apparel is final sale.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE BACK
All footwear being returned must be housed in a separate shipping box. Please do not return footwear in original shoe box with a tracking label on. Soccer West is not responsible for any shipping costs or duties and fees associated with returning product to Soccer West, including those of defected items to and from shopsoccerwest.com. All return shipping/freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

A defective product is defined as a damaged product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaw. All of us at soccerwest.com understand normal wear and tear of soccer equipment. Based on our experience, a truly defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 90 days of use. For that reason alone we only accept defective returns within that period.
Defective products can be returned to soccerwest.com up to 90 days from purchase only after approval from our customer service team. Please contact our customer service department for a defective return approval. For a defective return, the return authorization number (RA#) is only valid for 14 days. The following credit will be issued for items deemed defective:
0-45 days = 100% of purchase price
46-90 days = 50% of purchase price
After 90 Days = No credit
Exchanges are welcomed in the store. Any leftover value will be offered in the form of a gift card. However, we are unable to complete any full returns of online ordered product at any of our store locations. All online purchased returns must be completed by shipping the item you wish to return/exchange back to our Webstore headquarters. (Address below)

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Standard Ground Shipping will be conducted via our choice of United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. Different orders can ship more cost effectively by one service or the other, and this is how we maintain our low flat rate shipping fee.
PO BOXES & MILITARY
All orders shipping to a PO Box or a military address will automatically be routed through the United States Postal Service. UPS does not deliver to these addresses.
